 Great for those hard to reach areas!
The Panasonic reach easy massager is great for backs and other areas that are almost impossible to get to with a regular massager. I use a Oster Stim-U-Lax massager as my primary unit and use the Panasonic as my back up unit or I use it for anywhere I can't reach with the Oster, mostly my middle and lower back. I absolutely love the roller head feature, it makes it so easy to massage away pain and stress. It seems to be a good quality unit, but I have only used it for a month or two so I can't speak of long term durability. If I have any issues I will update my review, but so far so good!

Panasonic is always a good name to rely on, but this massager is just not for me. I ordered it partly because of the brand name, but mostly for that peculiar little hook, which I was hoping would dig into this one spot on the top of my shoulder, which I press into with my thumb for pain relief.
Hard to tell in the picture, but this machine is really huge and too heavy and cumbersome for me to use. I have a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder, and I normally wake up at 2 or 3 a.m. in a lot of pain. Because it is my right shoulder, I have to use the massager with my left hand, and it is really very awkward for me. Plus, that little hook does not quite fit into that painful spot on top of my shoulder. Also, it is quite noisy, although I imagine that is a situation with most of this type of product.
Am ordering, instead, a smaller cordless version in another brand, and will keep on trying until I find the one that helps dispel the pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night.

I hate to see another good brand go downhill. I used to swear by this brand but now just swear at it! this thing has no power, u can slow it almost to a stop just by holding it by hand. the cord is too short and so thin as to be like string! i'll be surprised if it last 6 mo. with little use, it's just cheaply made. I would not reccomend this product.
just a cheaply made vibrator
if Amazon.com has a physical store, I would bring this back for a full refund. I am regretted for buying this Panasonic EV2510K, a cheaply made product, lack of punch power, and cannot do its job as a hand held massager. It is misleading people by displaying it as a hand held massager, it should be labelled hand held vibrator instead.
This is one great massager!
I've been blessed with PA (psoriatic arthritis) which attacks not only joints, but surrounding muscles and tendons. It will play havoc with my lower back muscles for 3-4 months and then my upper back and shoulder muscles. Without help, I am unable to massage these muscles by myself.
Enter the Panny EV2510K. Perfect for any spot that hurts you just about anywhere on your body. I've only had the unit for a few hours and I have managed to relax my terres minor muscle in my right shoulder, something that I was unable to do by myself before.
Besides the Panny's reach versitility, it is one strong vibrator. This is no wimpy unit. It will rattle your teeth on high. But what good is a massager with low power? You can modulate the vibration strength with the low setting and with applied pressure. It's got all you'll ever need.
Also, the head (part that vibrates) is isolated by a flex-joint so as to not vibrate the hand that holds it. Good engineering. Fit, finish and construction is excellent.
Beside the rollers (you'll like them!), there is a hard protrusion that can also be used in certain areas and a green pad with 1/4" high bumps for other areas. Haven't found a use for these yet, but I'm sure that I will.
I just tried this thing on the bottom of my feet and it scored a 10. Wow!
I'm really a cynic about products, so when I am compelled to write about this product within hours of receiving it, be assured that I like it. I would be happy if this Panny sold for $59, but it is a steal (and a GOOD gift idea, too) at Amazon's price with free shipping. Click 'buy', you won't be sorry. Promise!
